I believe we all have the potential to live a fulfilled, happy, healthy, and guilt-free life. It is only by examining the different elements of our individual lives and implementing strategies to fit these that we can hope to make any sort of lasting changes, and so ‘new year’s resolutions’ as a phrase has never really sat well with me.
